Identified potential partners based on very specific technical capabilities in avionics design and embedded systems and involved interviews with senior executives at potential partner companies to understand capabilities and willingness.
  • Joint venture due diligence for an Asian motorcycle manufacturer. Protected client from partnering with an Indian distributor who had made gross misrepresentations. Our due diligence research found inflated sales figures, non-existent office, criminal cases against promoter and a history of broken joint ventures.
  • Target evaluation for acquisition of back-office (BPO) captives. Studied select target companies (outsourcing captives servicing financial clients) for acquisition based on clients strategic imperatives and expected valuation. Evaluated the companies' current operations and analyzed the extent of fit with client's business.
