Interviewed more than 60 CEOs of top Indian BPO companies to assess parameters affecting destination choices for delivery centres outside India, with specific reference to near-shore centres, and the client country in particular.
  • Customer purchasing patterns: Photo speciality print service providers. Studied customer dynamics, purchasing and usage patterns in the photo specialty PSP segments to identify common channels used and the value propositions. Conducted in-depth interviews with photo studios, professional photographers and large photo / printing presses
  • Need analysis of exhibitors & visitors at technology exhibitions in Asia Pacific. Reported on the current need gaps in exhibitions by interviewing marketing heads of more than 100 technology companies in Asia Pacific and generated lists of potential exhibitors and visitors, with interviews in Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
