May 2023: ValueNotes Strategic Intelligence (ValueNotes), a leading provider of market intelligence and analytics for over two decades, announces that it has been acquired by AGR Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. (AGR), a part of the Avalon Group, a globally renowned research, analytics, and advisory firm. The combined entity brings together two companies with complementary strengths and talent, with the opportunity to offer a larger bouquet of research solutions to customers.

Based in Pune, ValueNotes has carved itself a niche by providing global clients with insights that drive decision making including customised solutions for continuous environment tracking research, giving its clients valuable insights all year long. AGR, with a 30-year knowledge legacy of the Avalon Group, helps its clients make million-dollar decisions with extensive research and analytics.
