Deepa leads the learning and development business at ValueNotes. She plays an integral role in all the training workshops that are developed for both, in-house and external clients. She has conducted the internet search and social media workshop off the shelf as well as for a captive BPO of an insurance MNC in New Delhi.

Most recently, she conducted the workshop for a premium management institute, and a management consulting firm. Deepa has an MBA in HR. Her passion and forte is to design training programmes that enhance the competencies of people and organisations.
