  • social media guidelines and policies that organisations must have
  • the types of information that consultants and corporations look for on social media – such as brand perception, market trends, and industry analysis and trends


This presentation also showcased our experience of gathering competitive intelligence to solve our clients’ problems through case studies – such as establishing the organisation structure of a firm; developing a product matrix of our client’s competitors’ products; and a research report on publishing outsourcing based on a survey we ran on LinkedIn.
