Sr. Research Analyst / Team Leader


Profile synopsis: Support the company’s research team with ongoing client engagements and process- driven research projects, which includes setting up efficient processes, secondary research, creating templates, quality checking, and client communication.

EducationGraduate/PG with good communication skills
Experience2 to 3 years’ experience in continuous engagement projects needed

Job Description:

  • Collect secondary data
  • Populate templates
  • Work allocation to junior analysts and freelancers/vendors
  • Continuous client engagement
  • Daily quality check of work by analysts/vendors
  • Training of analysts
  • Ensuring continuous support to client
  • Verify, manage/update data on client portal
  • Manage information databases
  • Maintain tracking MIS/billing/invoicing


Must have:

  • Good secondary research skills and ability to find information independently
  • Ability to verify data; have a keen eye for detail
  • Good command over written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to use the Internet for data collection
  • Responsible, reliable and keen interest to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure on-time delivery
