1.  Design/structure research products

2.  Manage custom/ongoing research project/s in various verticals

3.  Write research reports, white papers, prepare presentations

4.   Manage and interact with clients

5.   Aid the marketing team with client acquisitions

6.  Manage performance of team members, motivate and train them

7.  Introduce research process enhancement
