Profile synopsis: This position involves exposure to all aspects of the research business, understanding how it works. The job involves collating data and over-seeing everything from customer acquisition to project completion. It will also involve liaising with support departments.
Education: Graduate/PG/MBA with at least one year of research or analytical experience
Analyzing the business unit’s activities and trends and compare analyses against the service standards and best practices. Present findings and work with the CEO and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
Finding relevant information by desk research and putting together presentations, documents as required for the CEO.
Prepares agendas and schedules executive team meetings. Minute them and get the jobs agreed upon completed by the team.
Deal with setting up new customers’ accounts and renewals.
Liaise with customers to get feedback and payments
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Ability to piece together data from discrete information sources to create cross-functional analysis
Pro-active approach to responsibilities along with the ability to multi task, execute requests on time, and ensure attention to detail and high-quality accuracy.
