HR and Office Admin


Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 months experience in a similar role

Job Description: The person should have good interpersonal skills. Should be able to get work done from vendors and also liaise with seniors in the company. Able to communicate verbally in Hindi and / or Marathi will be a bonus.
We use GreytHR as our HR MIS and payroll processing software. Learning this application and using it effectively will be key.


Looking for an HR Executive and Office Admin who will be responsible for the following

  • Maintain day-to-day HR MIS and record-keeping
  • Process and manage leave and salary
  • Manage the office including, but not limited to, facility management, general office administration, vendor
  • Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of the office
    and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in organising and managing office-related events
    for employees
  • Manage bookings (hotels, travel, transport, etc.)
  • Build a ready pipeline for recruitment as required
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates,
    w.r.t. recruitment
  • Pre-screen and prepare candidates for interviewing with ValueNotes’ managers
  • Check references and on-board selected candidates
  • Manage training and induction of employees
  • Maintain accurate training records and statistics (e.g. training hours, instructor hours, feedback, etc.) and maintain skill matrices
  • Consult with ValueNotes’ management to identify personnel needs, manpower planning strategies, and search assignments


Competenciesmust have:
• Similar experience
• Ability to verify data, and have a keen eye for errors
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Ability to use the Internet for data collection
• Responsible, reliable and have a keen interest to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure on-time delivery
