Education: Graduate/PG/Masters degree.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience
Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates’ w.r.t. recruitment. Pre-screen and prepare candidates for interviewing with ValueNotes
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Perform detailed reference checking on selected candidates and extend offers of employment.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ValueNotes leaders, vendors, colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit diversity candidates
  • Assist in designing the training content with the SME
  • Co-ordinate trainings (course announcements, room arrangements, trainer liaison, feedback to both ends, etc)
  • To maintain accurate training records and statistics (e.g. training hours, instructor hours, feedback, etc.) and maintain skill matrices
  • Maintain day to day HR MIS and record keeping
  • Leave and salary management

Must have:

  • Excellent command over written and spoken English
  • Ability to comprehend subject matter relevant to business / industry topics
  • Proficient with MS Office and Internet usage
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work with strict targets (goal orientation)
  • Ability to work well in a team
