Profile synopsis: Lead generation and pre-sales.

Education: Graduate/PG/MBA
Experience: Six months to one year experience in BPO industry as inside sales or pre-sales executive.

Job Description:

  • Identification of prospects and building contact lists
  • Call new leads derived from contact database
  • Setting up appointments for business development managers/sales team
  • Establishing dialogues with key decision makers including VP, SVP, Director and CXO level Executives in client organizations
  • MISs and analysis of effectiveness of sales initiatives (Account Mapping)


Must have:

  • Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Telemarketing Skills
  • Prior inside sales experience will be preferred
  • Ability to work with strict targets (goal orientation)
  • Ability to work well in a team. Effective interface with product and service delivery teams
  • Willingness to go beyond self to take on larger goals; Self driven; Dependability; Attitude
