Further research was done to establish ownership details and financials for the previous three years.

It evaluates the spectrum of opportunities available to publishing BPOs in the content outsourcing space, with a focus on adjacent verticals currently serviced by BPOs, specialized KPOs and technology companies.

A SWOT analysis and granular financial information was also provided for each company.

In-depth interviews were conducted with builders, plumbing contractors, architects, distributors & retailers, and suppliers of cisterns.
