Corporate Communications Executives

  • Would you like to build “thought leadership” in your customer community?
  • Are you looking for innovative means to stay in touch with customers?
  • Do you lack the resources and information to reach out to them effectively?

ValueNotes can conceptualise and provide content for research reports, industry newsletters, websites, in-house and customer magazines. Content is backed by in-depth research, and typically focuses on industry trends, markets, competitor strategies, management trends, etc. Examples of some of our recent projects include:

Customer newsletter for a BFSI technology solutions provider:A technology solutions provider wanted to demonstrate their domain competency in the BFSI industry and their capabilities in addressing insurance and technology challenges. We published a monthly newsletter on their behalf, which elaborated on key business, product, service and distribution trends across banking, investment & wealth management, life & non-life insurance, and other financial services. Content included important global BFSI trends, analytical insights into emerging opportunities in BFSI, and interviews with the client’s employees and clients.

Bespoke content for an asset reconstruction company’s newsletter: A premier asset reconstruction company in India wanted to communicate their thought leadership to their customer community through a quarterly newsletter. Content that we provided for this newsletter were typically related to banking, risk management, and credit quality, and included articles such as sovereign wealth funds, the impact of distressed credit markets in India, and the impact of the global economic crisis on credit growth in India.

Custom newsletter for an Asia-Pacific fund manager’s global infrastructure clients: A global leader in infrastructure fund management wanted to showcase their knowledge through research-backed information. We provided bespoke content for a monthly global infrastructure update that the client sent out to its customers. The update included infrastructure development across North America, Europe, North Asia and Australasia; in segments such as energy & power, water & waste, transport, utilities, social infrastructure, and telecom.

Content development for an SME newsletter: An Indian private sector bank wanted to better engage with small and medium enterprises (SME segment) beyond the role of bankers, by providing timely and relevant information, and adding value to their business. The project involved creating a bi-monthly newsletter, including ideation, design and providing bespoke content. The bank was able to leverage ValueNotes’ custom content creation expertise and domain experience.

Custom report to gauge the interest & acceptance levels of exam technology: An online assessment provider wanted to develop marketing collateral to demonstrate that the use of technology in exams was imperative. The report helped bridge the knowledge gap between the perception and reality of the role of technology in transforming the nature of examinations in India. The study was based on a countrywide survey of key decision-makers (vice chancellors, exam controllers, and academic experts), and a perception survey covering 400 students.
