Financial Analyst - Research Services (FA-1208-P1)

Key Skills: Preparing research reports on global investment opportunities specific to different asset classes/ businesses or companies

Education: Graduate (any stream) CA/CFA/MBA Fin

Experience: 0.5-3 yrs in the investment research profile. Some experience using financial databases such as Bloomberg, Reuters, One Source, Factiva and Hoovers will be an advantage.

Job Description:

Tracking the global wealth management market (including mutual funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds or like, superannuation, insurance, financial planning) with trend analysis Performing valuation and financial modelling exercises including comparable companies analysis, precedent transaction analysis and DCF modelling Company Analysis - undertaking detailed company profiling to summarize operations, company financials, peer set identification, key valuation multiples, analyst commentaries and M&A activity in the space Writing research reports pin-pointing reasons for Q-o-Q and Y-o-Y change in reported earnings (using primary data from press releases, call transcripts, SEC filings)
