Business Development Manager (VN-0710-P6)
Key Skills: Managing and Overseeing the Pre Sales, Operations including Business Development, Revenue Targets , Key Account Management; Bid Management/ Response to RFI / RFP/RFQ; Presentations, Proposals/Effort Estimates/Pricing Models & other Collaterals.
Education: Graduate/PG/MBA
Experience: - 5-10 yrs of experience in BD/sales/ marketing/new business development/product development is essential
- Individuals with background in concept selling.
Job Description:
- Generate new business development and sales from domestic and international market.
- Develop effective sales channels for selling conceptual products and services.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
- Manage strategic client accounts to generate revenues through direct selling, events, etc.
- Develop sales strategy, sales forecasts and business plans for growth.
- Develop new clients and maintain Strategic Alliances.
- Monitor teams operations - assign revenue targets to the team, analyze their performance and coach them accordingly.
