Varsha Chitale
Varsha heads the core research team at Valuenotes. She has over 14 years of experience in market research, economic research, and industry research. She has worked with a number of research and consulting organizations including the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore; Vysya Bank and Strategic Management Centre.

Varsha holds an MSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a qualified CFA

Nikhil Marathe
Nikhil has extensive experience in investment analysis and has managed projects on competitive intelligence and market assesment for advising clients on their India entry strategy. Prior to ValueNotes, Nikhil spent 7 years in Audit and Advisory with KPMG.

Nikhil is Chartered Accountant (CA) from Iinstitute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a masters in commerce from Pune University, India. He is pursuing CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), London and has completed the 'Strategic' level.

Ribhu Barua
Ribhu has experience in handling financial research projects for international clients including investment managers, PE investors, banks and consulting firms. Prior to ValueNotes, Ribhu worked as a financial analyst at Crisil, an S&P subsidiary in India.

Ribhu is a Chartered Accountant CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a Masters in Economics from Pune University, India.

Shshank Mehta
Shshank has over three years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to ValueNotes, Shshank was an Analyst at Adventity, responsible for financial modeling. Prior to Adventity, Shshank has worked with Gridstone Research, where he was a founder batch employee and served as a Senior Research Associate. He followed companies in sectors such as Semiconductors, Semiconductor Equipment, Hardware PC market, and IT services.

Shshank has earned a Bachelors degree in Commerce from N.M. College, Mumbai.

Rathin Shah
Prior to ValueNotes, Rathin worked with Princeton Advisors where he helped the small and micro-cap companies to raise funds for their expansion plans. He has also worked with Gridstone Research as a Research Associate where he covered US stocks in the Hospitality, Retail and Consumer Non-Durable sectors

Rathin has completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA); specializing in Finance.
