We believe everyone has a different approach to learning. These opportunities
are directly linked to the company's business strategies and employees' developmental
needs. The options range from classroom-style training to external seminars
and workshops. We believe such avenues help our employees identify strengths
and opportunities, and provide a process to develop that information into an
action plan.

Employee Orientation
Our induction program is designed to support employees as they begin their career
with ValueNotes. It is a highly interactive learning experience, and it provides
a valuable opportunity to network with others who have recently joined the ValueNotes
team. Upon completion of induction, new employees will have a good understanding
of the nature of our business, as well as the skills needed to excel at their
work.
