• BCA / MCA
• 0-2 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical Knowledge:
  Software: HTML, Dreamweaver, ASP, SQL, MS-Access
  Hardware: Motherboard, Processor, RAM, Networking, Troubleshooting
  Operating system (WIndows XP) and related problems (Installation, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting)
  

Knowledge of Red Hat Linux would be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Provide systems, network and database support
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor hardware problems related to printer, scanner, network, computers and software problems
