Profile synopsis: Lead generation and pre-sales.
Experience: Six months to one year experience in BPO industry as inside sales or pre-sales executive.
- Identification of prospects and building contact lists
- Call new leads derived from contact database
- Setting up appointments for business development managers/sales team
- Establishing dialogues with key decision makers including VP, SVP, Director and CXO level Executives in client organizations
- MISs and analysis of effectiveness of sales initiatives (Account Mapping)
